Solemn Seymour is a personal project. He (and his little friend) were created using an original pattern and they are mostly machine-sewn with some hand-sewn details.
Seymour’s story goes like this: Abandoned by the little girl who used to love him, Seymour sat quietly in a closet gathering dust for many years. As Seymour waited for a new companion, he meditated and eventually grew a third eye. With his new occult wisdom and power, he manifested his own stuffed toy, and tore out his new eye to animate it. While Seymour’s creation gives him some comfort, he still misses the girl and still sits in the closet.
